I want to run a 5k at the end of April 2010.
First step, start running. Actually start anything. I'm in a winter rut and I need to move forward. I've downloaded the c25k app (couch to 5K) and signed up for pilates reformer classes (cross train). I honestly feel that I've got to do it, can do it, will do it!
